Teenagers are often encouraged to do works. Its is argued by some, believes that teenagers should be required to do unpaid community work in their free time. Moreover this kind of works are benefit for them and the society too. Eventhough teenagers should work for the society, they must be paid because it encourage them and they can usefully spent the money for their needs. On the one hand, I agree that teenagers should do work in their free time to reduce the burden of their parents for education and livelihood expenses. Moreover this kind of thing gave practical knowledge to them in their age. For example, one of my friend who worked part timely as a helper in the restaurant gained the knowledge of cooking and leadership quality. In addition to that he spent money for his sister education. Futhermore, teenagers are encouraged to work in the fact of they should be paid according to their work. On the other hand, some believe teenagers should do unpaid work. Moreover this kind of arguments are unfair and unacceptable. However, there are lot of proven facts shows that paid teenagers do their work efficiently and that improve their productivity.
