Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter in regards to a new laptop computer that I purchased some days back which has a defect.
Firstly, let me tell you the exact date of purchase and other details. The Toshiba laptop I purchased, bill dated 31st March'2021, invoice number: 5261. This laptop was purchased by me because it's associated with a big rand and I was hoping to get the similar quality. To my surprise, when I opened the pack, the keypad was getting hang and the keys were getting stuck continuously. Looking at the defect, I instantly set a return on Amazon website but it's still not picked up from my place.
Lastly, I would like to request again for a return, replacement or refund. Otherwise, I will take this matter to the consumer court.
