It is literal in today's world that glamour and luxury play prominent roles. Celebrities have been cherished and celebrated not for their achievements but merely for their beauty and wealth. It is unfortunate that Youth, in particular, assumes these incorrect perceptions in matter of celebrities as highest mark of achievement. To a certain extent, I agree that youth and society are going in wrong direction, but there are other famous people who are popular due to their outstanding accomplishments.
Firstly, it is certain that many people became popular due to their Outer beauty and glorious lifestyle, instead of their great achievements these days. Acting talent might be standard or below the average, but they become sensational stars to the public by showing their wealth and glamorous lifestyles. For example, many actors who have come from a well known actors family are easily accepted by the society and film industry. Where as, it takes a lot of struggle for the outsiders to make up to the top in their field.
Secondly, there are superstars who are known for their incredible talent or outstanding performance. These people have proved to the world that strong determination and hard work never goes in vein. Even public has recognized them for their masterpiece of arts and great achievements. For instance, Rajinikath, a South Indian actor is well known for is style and acting skills. Even though he has come from a middle class family, his hard work and determination is paid off. He is now a living god for many people and an inspiration for lot of youngsters.
In conclusion, I think that in my country, there are more refined younger people than unwise ones. So they are not easily affected by just the celebrities beautiful aura and wealth.
