we will play a critical part in keeping the bank’s endpoint systems running. we support technical assistance to users and their endpoint devices in a 24x7 production environment. we are also responsible talking with other departments and other internal support teams for assistance in implementing on call support projects.
they have a particular time which they are expecting us to work that is 3: 00 Am to 6: 00 Am as well as 4: 00Pm- to 6: 30 Pm indian standed timing. Up to 3 To 4 months that to monday to friday
Each and every day tickets are raised and stored in the data base on daily bases and we need to clear that tickets by following there steps: -
1) clear only those tickets that are shared by the client
2) if the probelm is not resolved by the RE-RUN step process we need to talk with carlous or other person
3)we need to run only the RE-Run steps we should not touch other tickets which are not showing as RE-Run setup
4)Never touch the tickets thats has a error message (RESTORE DATABASE) If the client need to clear the ticket then we need to talk with viviyana (or) carlour.
5)when we are running a ticket we need to keep a back up for each file as a safe keeping.
