Nowadays, in this ever-changing world, we need to gain both knowledge and social skills, especially communication skill. Excellent communication has a variety of benefits. To start with, through communication, we can be beneficial in both work and study. Supposed we are good at this skill, during our study, we will be greatly advantageous as it helps us to discuss and co-operate with our partners and friends. Likewise, in our work, we are able to convince others to consider and follow our ideas and plans. For instance, in business, if a leader cannot master this precious skill then he could hardly manage his company and so on. It is evident that communication skill makes others to believe in us. By persuading people, we will probably build up trust among others which can make a strong relationship with the others. Thanks to exceptional communicating skill, we can comfortably resolve any arguments and conflicts that form a peaceful and harmonious society.
