I hope you are doing well. This is Unnati Nimkar, part-time General Trainee in Human Resource Department. I am writing this letter to take your permission to finish my final semester exam for my ongoing PhD course work. As the final semester is about to end and I have to prepare for the exams which will include field work and thesis submission and all this will require atleast 3 months of time to complete it.
Although, I am working as trainee in Human resource team, The completion of the exam will add more certificate in my carreer and I am plannning to resume our organisation on full time basis. In addition to this, this will help us to work on our future growth and to work on various ideas for expansion of the business.
The completion of the PhD degree will give countless benefits to both of us in terms of growth of our organisation and will work to improve the management and company goals together. I would request you to grant me the leave to persue my work.
