Hope you are doing well. It has been a while since I wrote to you but that is because I was busy with my transfer formalities. I want you to be my eyes and ears in hunting for a residence.
I'm excited and elated to share you that I’ll be getting transferred to your city as a branch manager and expected to join on 5th of next month. I need your help in finding a suitable accommodation for me to stay after I relocate as my company has only offered a temporary one for fortnight.
I would prefer to live closer to my workplace so that I need not to face the terrible traffic which indeed a soul sucker. Furthermore, I am looking for a residential flat which is well connected to public transport, parks, stores, hospitals and it should be light on my pocket because I can’t spend my fortune on a house rent.
