Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience with your airline, Eric Airways. Last week, March 25, 2022, I travelled with your airline company from Lagos to Abuja for a business meeting. My plane ticket and boarding pass numbers were 2EKY98 and Y75799 respectively, and we were scheduled to depart at 12 pm prompt. However, contract to the flight schedule, we were delay for 2 hours, and all our attempts to find out the cause of the delay proved abortive as there were no staff willing to divurge the information. Due to the time wasted at the airport, I was unable to attend the meeting, and as a consequence, I lost a contract I have been bidding for. As one of the leading flight companies in Nigeria, I would suggest that you inform passengers of any possible rearrangements on time as this would assist them in planning their journey. Meanwhile, I would recommend that you investigate the cause of the recent problem.
