Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the new television set that I purchased from your shop on 1st May 2021. I am not satisfied with the display and sound quality of the television. The television set is 32-inch flat screen of SONY company. The receipt number is CN456376 and I paid $5000 for that TV.
The issue just started on the second day of purchase. In fact, my family was excited when we brought this television, and we all enjoyed watching our favourite reality show on the day of purchase. Suddenly, on next morning we saw the display was not clear and appeared to have lines and uneven colour intensity across the screen. Also, the sound was found to be weird with unusual cracking noise.
I am totally disappointed with the quality of the product. I request you to kindly resolve this issue. As I will be travelling for this week, I am not able to bring the television to your shop for repair. Thus, I request you to arrange the pick up. If you find the problem as not repairable, then proceed with the in-warranty replacement for the device. I hope you will provide the excellent customer service for which you are known in the city.
