Overall: there are 7 stages in the whol brick producing process. The digging up and ending with delivery of the bricks to the customers.
Firstly the clay used to make bricks is dog up from the ground by digger.
This clay is than placed on to a metal grid which is used break up clay in to smaller pieces. A roller assist in this process. Following this, sand and water are ended to the clay, and mixture is turned into bricks by e utter putting it into mound or using a wire culture inserted in a drying over to dry one or two days. In the subsequent subsequent stage, the bricks go through a hitting and cooling process, they are heated in a clim at a modery and then high temperature ( ranging from 200c’ to 1300c’ ) followed by cooling process in a cooling chamber 48-72 hours. Finally, tho bricks are packed and delivered to their destinations.
