Too much emphasis is placed on going to university for academic study. People should be encouraged to do vocational training, because there is a lack of qualified tradespeople such as electricians or plumbers. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

The education is going toward academic study and focus on studying at university and getting Academic qualification. Despite this fact, I think society needs more manual workers. People who have more real experiences than academic knowledge and community should countenance employers to hire professional people. Many fields are enhanced by experience and practical activities. First of all, plenty of fields and sciences need to be worked(practiced) in the real world to learn how to use the knowledge in reality. Also many problems appear which are not taught about at university, so practical activities help people to become familiar with problems and get experience. Take microbiology which is an important subject as an example; this majar has functional classes for students to learn how Microbes grow and recognize them and which drugs can kill them. Additionally, when people start working practically, they can recognize their interests and this, unquestionably, helps them to land a fulfilling job in the future. Moreover, books and references do not help to decide which activities are suitable for people, so they can not improve their skills and abilities. Academic education is not enough for society. Although professors and people who have studied many years about a selected subject are impressive, society needs manual workers or trainees like plumbers, carpenters. This effect on the quality of teaching and also writers can refer to their valuable experiences to write references. For instance; Architecture’s references have particular curriculum which are written from experience of practical activities and famous projects. Moreover, on the cealer side, many fields are managed by educated people but behind the impressive scene the work is done by manual workers. The truth is that as much as professional people affect society, manual workers familiarize junior citizens with practical activities To sum up, I believe feasible activities help to use knowledge in reality and working in special places and training have an effect on people to find their favorite job. Also, People who have an experience improve the quality of references and books and citizens understand the cost of tradespeople who do not know them well but they do essential activities.
