Some people say that the age of books has passed; today, information can be accessed via videos, computers, television, films etc. Other people think books and written words will still be essential for information dissemination and education. Discuss both sides and give your own opinion.

While there are some belief about the important role of technogy like films, artificial intelligent and suchlike in transferring knowledge, others assert the books are necessary in educational system. In this essay I will discuss both views in details and finally I also explain my view. On the one hand, the role of computers and, videos and disseminating data cannot be ignored basis on two reasonable factors: fast transmission of knowledge and access to huge source of data at the same time. Firstly, digital media accelerate the access to information for people. In other words, in today's word which time is precious, people via these instruments can find and learn their needs. Secondly, infrastructures like the internet provide an accessibility to diverse sources of knowledge at the same time. For example, in academic activities in the universities, scientists by some clicks at their office inform about everything they desire. On the other hand, the written books are still popular amongst people specially old generation who are not comfortable by technology. For example, some individuals think that reading a printed book help them to more concentrate in compare with digital books. Moreover, in contrast to digital technogy which is dependent to electricity power or the internet, you can read your favorit books in anywhere and anytime. In my opinion, we cannot omit books and I cometely agree the last view. As there are many problems in substructures specifically in developing countries, books are still essential for pass on knowledge. To conclude, although technology has a key role in educational system in recent years, I believe that we cannot neglect the function of books in our life.
