In ancient period, women were not allowed to interfere any political issue but today tables have turned. Many people believe that if a society or a nation is governed by female leaders, it would be more peaceful because male leaders always leads people to conflict and violence. This essay will both articulate my opinion as well as discuss about women empowerment in this world. Is it really true that a women leader is better than a man leader? In my opinion, the answer is yes and I agree with the given statement. Firstly, women are more intellectual and have very good communication skills as compared to men. For instance, a study by ICA department of physiology in India resulted that women are more capable to think faster than men because they have a great level of imagination. Secondly, history itself is proof that women can run administration very well, the best example is, Sirimavo Bandaranaike. She the world's first female prime minister and led Sri Lanka very peacefully. Therefore, a women leader has ability to lead a society and counter any difficulty. Women are growing day by day and are living their lives equally as men. Unfortunately, some countries such as India still have trend of inequality toward women. Women are not allowed to work, at some places in India. For example, an official government survey conducted in India resulted that more than 60% of women are illiterate and gender bias is still a major problem. If women were treated equally it would have been possible for India to be a developed nation. Thus, women plays an important role in society and should be given equal opportunities. To conclude, women are better leaders and can work more precisely in any field than men. Although, some people would still not agree, it can not be denied that world can became a better place only with the contribution of women.
