These days rich companies tend to find workers and employees from abroad countries where the wages are markedly lower in average. This movement has its own harmful effects. However, I believe the advantages outweight the disadvantages.
There are some disadvantages which can be pointed out in the act of outsourcing. Firstly, outsourcing can be harmful for the country's economic all situation. For instance in the USA, where the various types of tech companies are located, employing workers from cheaper countries like India or China will send the USA's money to the employees country and horns the United States economy. Secondly, the workforce of wealthy countries will be unemployed on the result of outsourcing. Managers won't spend huge amounts of money on something that can be done 10 times cheaper elsewhere and thus, the number of unemployed population gradually increase.
However, I believe the benefitial factors are convincing enough off to be able to ignore the disadvantages. The most important impact will be on the growth of the businesses using foreign employees. These firms will spend a lot less money on a specific tasks, especially those which are related to technology and as the result of that these businesses can use the remainder money on some other tasks, like promoting their products.
