There are a number of working-class individuals who are involved in little or no daily exercise even in their free time. At the end majority of them have some sort of health issue. There are several reasons on why they are unable to achieve physically fit status.
Firstly, many of the daily morning commuters have to travel long distances to get to work and hence they are unable to get make time for daily physical exercise. Moreover, in their free time they prefer to spend time either with their family or loved ones. On the other end a middle-class person has plethora of problems in his/her life which results in stopping them from getting the required daily physical workout sessions. However, this issue can lead to drastic results like obesity, cardiovascular diseases, and metal un stability results in anxiety, anemia, fatigue, and many more dangerous and frightening illnesses. But this can be resolves by taking very little baby steps to change our daily lifestyle.
Changing our eating habits and using stairs instead of an elevator are some of the basic aliments to change our hazardous unhealthy lifestyle. For example, I used to eat many sweets and sugar-coated chocolates which lead to my teeth getting yellowish layer of germs. I immediately took actions by reducing the amount of sugar consumption and replacing it by eating healthy vegetables. Not only do these small changes help to make ourselves diseases free but by getting physical as well as mental exercise, we achieve the bodily fit status.
Thus, to conclude, we should exercise as often as we can during our daily lives. Getting physically fit will help us to fight many diseases and will strength our immune system.
