ideal city of the future

ideal city of the future aGV
Hello teacher and friends, welcome to our presentation. Our group has 5 members: Que Anh, Pham Chi, Hoang Son, Gia Hung and Nguyen Khoi. Today, we are going to talk about our ideal city of the future, which is called Chask. There are 3 aspects of this city that we want to present, namely geographical features, infrastructure, and citizens’ daily lives. Firstly, we would like to start with the geographical features of this city. Location + Area: Our dream city is landing in Norfolk Island, an external territory of Australia located in the Pacific Ocean roughly halfway between New Zealand and New Caledonia. It covers a numerous area of 34, 6 square kilometers. UNESCO World Heritage convict buildings, breathtaking scenery, and a unique culture with an intriguing past combine to make this splendid island and become one of Australia's most fascinating destinations and offers all the things that visitors love about the South Pacific Ocean. Population: Despite the sensational landscape, the island’s population is quite humble with just 1 million inhabitants. Wealth conditions: Norfolk Island has a mid-latitude and marine subtropical climate. Its weather and climate are mostly steady year-round with temperatures rarely falling below 10°C or rising higher than 26 °C although the maximum temperature ever recorded reached 28. 4 °C while the absolute minimum temperature came in at just 6. 2 °C. The weather is spring-like most of the year, with frequent rain and wind and an acceptable amount of sunshine. Besides, the fascinating location and weather, this paradise also has an innovative and futuristic infrastructure. To begin with, I am going to talk about the means of transport. Hyperloop train: BILLED as the fastest way to cross the surface of the earth, the hyperloop represents the greatest leap in transport infrastructure for generations. With passengers sitting in pods that travel at airline speed through pressurized tubes using electric propulsion and magnetic levitation, the concept promises to slash journey times between major cities from several hours to a matter of minutes. Transit elevated bus: The TEB is a bus that straddles traffic by driving over the top of it, running along fixed tracks. Its main compartment is elevated, leaving the street clear for cars underneath. The design also incorporates solar panels on the roof and at bus stops to partially power the vehicle. The vehicles could be capable of holding up to 1, 200 passengers each and travel at 40 m/h (60 km/h), which could reduce traffic congestion on main roads by 25-30%. A flying car is a type of personal air vehicle or roadable aircraft that provides door-to-door transportation by both ground and air. The term "flying car" is also sometimes used to include hovercars. Flying cars are also a popular theme in fantasy and science fiction stories. Starship earth to earth: Starship, as it's known, is a fully reusable transport system capable of carrying up to 100 people to the Red Planet, which is the world's most powerful launch vehicle ever developed Let’s take a look at it through this over-the-moon clip. Moving onto the environmental conditions, this city will be a green city with no pollution and a garden in every home and along the street. It will be not a stretch to say that this is a forest city and environment-friendly city. As the energy sources, it will be a numerous difference between now and in the future. Atomic energy, solar energy, and energy from wind and biofuels are going to overtake fossil fuels, oil since these 2 have a detrimental effect on the environment and become the main sources of energy. Other relatively new sources of energy such as fuel cells, geothermal energy, and ocean energy will be just a few of the promising alternatives for a cleaner and greener future. Furthermore,
