Dear Sir, I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the service provided by yourself on April, 23. You were recommended by my friend as an experienced mechanic and I expect a better utility, but in fact it was not I waited.
First of all, when I arrived home the first thing I noticed is that there is something wrong with the engine of my car. I turn it on but it did not start. I checked the terminals positives and negatives. To my surprise they were salted and I was forced to clean them.
Then, in spite of the fact I scrubbed and washed the terminals, the motor is still misfires, cut-outs and even die. To make it worse, the engine was noisy and it excessively smoking.
I would be grateful if you diagnose my auto again, find the problem and solve it so as black engine smoke will be able to damage automobile seriously and I think the machine must be fixed as soon as possible. Should the demand not be met, you will be hearing from my lawyers.
I expect to receive a prompt reply to this letter.
