Parental view points toward Punctuality VS teenagers

The attitude of punctuality is both the business of the parents and students and we cannot ignore the massive influence that parents have in this, and all aspects of the teenager’s life by being punctual. In the modern World, generally, parents do not have enough time to spend with their children. Overall, 33% of parents with children say they are not spending enough time with their children so if the parents are not punctual then children will be less likely to do things on their own. What parents might think about punctuality is differ from what might teenagers think of from so many aspects and that will have significant effects on their behavior. Firstly, from parent’s point of view punctuality is a good thing in school and also in society as well which means that students should be able to get along with each other and work together, moreover, parents may think that punctuality is important for them because it helps them to be more responsible and disciplined. On the contrary teenagers may think that he or she should be punctual because of his or her friends. But when he or she starts to get late, they might be bullied. Secondly, teenagers believe that it is important for them to have a good impression on teachers and girls, yet, parents do not realize that it is also important for them to have a good impression on their peers. The reason why parents might think that they should be punctual is because of the fact that kids tend to be more disciplined and that leads to their success later on in life. Thirdly, the reason why teens are so inclined towards punctuality is because they feel that if they don't follow a certain rule or rules, then they will get punished. However, the parents do not think that this is true. They don't want their children to be punished for breaking rules or behaving badly. Therefore, they do not allow their children to be disciplined by other people who are more responsible than them. All in all, it is very important for teenagers to have a good impression of punctuality as well as parents. Parents should teach their children how to behave with respect and discipline in order to make sure that they do not get caught up in the wrong things. Parents themselves should apply punctuation in their own lives. If they do not use it properly, then there is no way that the child will learn how to behave with respect and discipline.
