COMPLAIN LETTER
Dear Sir,
I am writing to complain about the mobile phone which, , Redmi NOTE 5” I resently bought from your store. After two days things started to go wrong.
On 15 of April I visited one of your local shops in centre in order to buy a mobile phone for myself. While looking around the shop I came across new makes of phones which attracted my attention. Then I addressed the assistant that I wanted to know about the brand full information. After getting all explanation I decided to purchase it.
At first, it works properly all functions have enough facilities to use. In addition, the programmes and apps installed in it is perfect one. However, when I used it second time there seemed to have been a problem on the screen that had defect. Furthermore, the speed of the Internet is so poor that I could not do anything online. It is not likely to work I tried to check it many times.
I would like to replace the mobile phone with well-funnctioning one. I expect to receive the same type of unit. Otherwise, unfortunately, I will be forced to report that company who is responsible for this problem.
