Dear sir, My name is jack. I am living in your Society in house no. 20, since last five years. In the past years, I never face any kind of discomfort. However, from the last month there is the problem of litter, that almost everyone is facing about. Actually there is shortage of garbage bins due to increasing number of families in society. the bins fulled in very short time period and sometimes few of irresponsible people through garbage on floor. As the result environment in society effects. As a member of society, I would like to advice you to place more bins as well as declare fine to people who don't understand their responsibility.
