The pie chart demonstrates the proportion of using water in three fields of different regions of the world.
It can be seen from the chart, the percentage of water used for the agricultural purpose had the largest ratio among three purposes in almost all areas, except for North America and Europe made up the biggest percentage of water using for Industrial purpose.
For the agricultural purposes, Central Asia stood at the first rank in the percentage of using water. Southeast Asia and Africa got the second rank with 81% and 84%, respectively. This figure was three times as much as that for North America and Europe. And 71%, was the proportion of using water in South America.
In contrast, North America and Europe spent up to 48% and 53% water for Industrial purpose. This percentage was over four time as much as the figure for South America and South East Asia and above eight times as much as that of central Asia and Africa. 19% water for using Domestic purpose in South America, while South East Asia and Central Asia had a similar percentage at 7%. 15%, 13%, and 9%, respectively were the proportion of water used in North America, Europe, and Africa.
