Dear Madam
I am writing to complain about laptop which I recently bought from your shop. After only two days, thing started to go wrong.
On the 21st of April I visited one of your local shops in order to buy a laptop for myself. Looking around the shop I encountered expected item and asked a shop assistant about it. After getting all information I decided to purchase it. Two days later, my son wanted to help with my lessons then he worked on it, but he could not and said about the problems of the item. When he used the laptop for the first time it worked properly. However, when he utilized it second time there seemed to have been a malfunction, while it was working. The files deleted and work stops.
Furthermore, when I tried to type another the same thing happened. In addition to this, the laptop did not work well and switched off.
I would like you to replace the laptop with well-functioning one. I expect to receive the same type of unit and brand. Otherwise, unfortunately, I will be forced to report this to customer service association responsible for this problem.
