I am writing to express my concern about TV which I recently bought from your shop. After only 3 days, things started to go wrong.
On April 10, I visited your shop with my husband in order to purchase TV set with large screen for our living room. A shop assistant gave all information about the item which we had chosen. Before paying for it, we had tested the TV and it seemed to work normally. However, following 3 days of using it did not function properly. The main problem is that, the volume is unclear eventhough I managed to repair it three times. In addition to this, the remote control doesn't operate fully. I don't know why? Even I changed batteries in it, but there was not any result.
I am looking forward to hearing you as soon as possible and receiving a new item. Please give this matter your immediate attention.
