The place of religion in political system of government. pyOpm
Religion and politics. Religion has existed since the founding of the first human settlements, and has played a key role in the structuring and understanding of the world by man. When these settlements were replaced by cities, the policy of behaviour was often determined by the religion of the people.
The first Turkic Khaganate were built on the basis of the ideas of "Tengrianism", on respect for nature and worship of the sky. Their religions valued "wolf" qualities; strength, courage, pride and justice. Thanks to the ideas of "Tengrianism", it was possible to unite the scattered nomadic people and gather under a common banner, as well as call themselves "Turks". There was a place to be unity, it would seem, among the warring tribes. After the split of the Khaganate and the foundation of the following empires, there were some basic beliefs, even after the change of faith among many "Turkic" peoples, the foundations of "Tengri" became an integral part of their culture. This is the beginning of the Central Asian nations, therefore, to this day, the “Turkic-speaking” countries maintain close contact on the world stage and call each other brotherly people.
However, not all regions of the world experienced such a process. The existence of one faith was replaced by another, but the first left a mark on culture. But in Western states until the 17th century, religion was the main factor determining the structure of power, then after the "Westphalian Treaty" and the subsequent development of the centralized states of Europe, the significance of religions significantly weakened. On the contrary, the state began to designate what kind of religion can exist, what kind of religion and what values should be. Often used by the state as a tool of manipulation.
For the time being, people have formed an opinion about unilateral influence, politics religion. Such a dogma took place before the events of the late 1970s. The first significant event was the Iranian Revolution, which wanted to create an Islamic Republic. This is proof that political spirituality is a serious factor that cannot be neglected. Next, the rise of the Christian right in the US. The Party has brought together millions of people across America and has become a force to be reckoned with.
The events that marked the beginning and the events that define "today" are interconnected. When politicians and the state itself are strong even without religion, there comes a moment when the people need religion. This is a deficit of the general ideas of the state, which is why there are few atheist countries in the world. In people, faith arose out of necessity and disappeared at different times due to uselessness. Today, religion plays one of the key factors of preservation and on the path to achieving peace. Many wars have started and continue because of religions. They will also be stopped with the help of religions.
