BWP will offer discounts for all the services they provided to attracted more customers based on categories. The problem of BWP existing system is that their customers unable to know the requirements to get discounts from online unless they visit the physical book store. In this case, BWP will be losing profits from membership fee and customers who willing to consumption at BWP. Customers will feel troublesome when they need visit to book store for checking the offers provided by BWP. For example, customer need to went to the bookstore just to checks whether books they like are on discount or not based on requirement that set by BWP. In this situation, not only the chances for customers who willing register as membership will reduce, that is a high chance that some members will unsubscribe as being a membership. To fix this problem, the digital platform will provide a page for customers search for their favorite books. Based on customers’ membership level and categories of the book, customer can know the price of the books. If customers satisfy of the price, they can instantly buy or rent the books. For customers who did not register as membership, the price of the books based on the membership level will be show. This will increase the willing of customers who is not a membership start subscribe.
