At the start of the period, it is observed that FedEx is a more populer company than TNT. In 1920, FedEx delivered 15000 parcels while TNT deliver up 5000. Over the following 20 years, the figures of both major mail services companies noticeable rose. In 1940, the number of FedEx drop dramatically and the values of two companies converged. However, the greatest convergence happened in 1960 and FedEx and TNT delivered parcels just above 10000. In 1990, both companies delivered the same amount of parcels.
