I am Ramanpreet kaur, a resident of Winnipeg, and I recently received my package that I ordered online last week from your company website. My order number is 345687 and I placed the order for Airpods Pro generation 2 and Apple watch series 3. Unfortunately, when I unwrapped my package, I was shocked because the items I received are different. It has Airpods generation 4 and Apple watch series 2.
I was so excited and waited eagerly for a week to receive my parcel. This was a present that I have to give my brother on his birthday, but now my whole surprised is ruined. Now, I have to pay extra shipping charges to return this items to you which is so inconvenient for me.
I want you to get me a refund for my shipping charges as well as send me my exact order as soon as possible. And I am shipping this wrong order to your company address.
