A quality education is difficult to take.

I think that a quality education is that students can study what they really want to learn without worries, and I think that I'm getting a quality education, because now I can get the lecture what I have been interested in without worry. This is because my parents work hard every day and give me a chance to learn. In Japan, we need a lot of money to study in high school and university, so if you don't have money and your parents don't give you an opportunity to learn, you cannot get a quality education. Also, in developing countries around the world, there are many children who work without receiving education. This is big problem. A quality education need a pen, note, classroom, good teacher and so on. This mean that a quality education costs money. Then most children don't have money, so I think that it is parent' responsibility to provide children with a quality education. Parents have to work and make money to give their children good education. However, there are few parents who cannot afford to pay for their children's education. This situation is so severe. For example, parents want their children to get good-quality education, but they cannot due to financial problems. At that time, the government must provide some assistances. For instance, the government builds the school, provides families who cannot pay money for children's education with money, and improves teachers' ability to teach. This is the true government work. Now, I have stated that it is parents' responsibility to provide children with high-quality education and it is government' responsibility if the parents don't have money for their children's education. However, there are many ways that we can improve the quality of education we receive. From now, I will talk about what I have been working for my education. First, I set the time to study before I start studying, and when the time I set is over, take a break for a few minutes. This makes it possible to concentrate on study, so I have kept this way. Second, I ask my teacher what I couldn't understand soon after the class. Most Japanese students are shy and they cannot ask people what they couldn't understand but asking teacher some questions and getting explanations makes your study improve, so I think that having questions and asking them is very important for my education. Third, when I have something I interested in, I always search it by reading books or finding out the page on the internet. Fourth, I try to review the every lecture on the day I received. Before I go to bed, I see the notes I took and check that there are no questions and what I couldn't understand. This way is very effective for my understanding and memory. Most students think that education is what we receive. This is correct, but I think that we mustn't be passive to receive education. I mean that we need financial support from our parents and government assistance to receive high-quality education, and because of these support, we can study what we really want to learn without worries. However, you must work hard on your study to improve your own education.
