To begin with, the graph shows the rate that people from 4 different age groups vote for the main factors of buying a new home. Overall, it is apparent that crime rate is the most important option for all age groups.
53% of middle aged people mostly choose the home based on the schools, but the older ages, the more the rate of interest decreases. The percentage gradually goes down to under 25% in 55 to 64 aged oldies. Although the shopping facility can catch the interest of 12% in 25 to 44 aged people, it is the second highest attraction for over 50 ages.
Parks and Public transport get a similar amount of interest from different people. It just stood at 10% at lower ages and consequently it rose slightly and finally it reached to 20% in the end of the age group. It is important to note that school is the main difference among age groups.
