The mentioned line graph compares data of sales of three various kinds of books between 2002 to 2006 respectively. It can be clearly seen that a remarkable increase was subscribed in the sale of educational books and children’s book and on the flip side, downfall was observed in the sale of adult fiction over the mentioned timeslot. Moving towards some striking features of the graph, in the year of 2002, adult fiction was positioned at the acme level with a sale of 45 million dollars. Whereas, in the same year, children’s books and educational books were stuck at 33 and 25 million dollars correspondingly. After some fluctuations, a considerable drop in the sale of adult fiction was measured to 30 million dollars by 2006. On the contrary, the sale of educational books was oddly diminished in 2002. Then, it witnessed a considerable increase and reached to nearly 32 million by 2006. The sale of children’s books embarked at 32 million dollars in 2002. Thereafter, it was accelerated rapidly to 42 million dollars in 2003. Then, a tiny increase in the sales had been registered between 2003 to 2005 respectively. After 2005, it skyrocketed considerably and settled at its all-time highest position at 56 million. Overall, children’s books were in the vogue in the market after 2003 in comparison with rest of three categories of books.
