Environmental concerns have always been an issue around the world. However, along with rise in global warming population growth and education is a rising problem around the world. The complications that my country would face in coming years are discussed in the forthcoming paragraphs along with solutions to resolve such hardships. Education is one of the major problems India as a country has been facing over the past couple years and is progressing on a rapid pace. Although Southern India has an phenomenal literacy rate the case is not the same when compared to the Norther province. Child Labor is still prevalent in the country as many still feel its the only way to make a decent living when all members of the family are employed. However, if the masses are educated about the benefits of education, things would be much better for the family and the society as a whole. To curb this ever growing issue government and private sector should make it mandatory to employee only educated personnel to the organization and more over increase the minimum qualification requirements to be employed. Like rather having 12th Standard as a minimum requirement to join call centers which is in high demand, organizations should change the minimum qualification and raise the bar to a minimum of graduation degree. This will not just improve the educational complications in the country but will also grant loyal and professional employees for companies. As for population, India has been acing the race for quite sometime. If the population keeps growing as it has been all this while, it is going to affect the society as whole, with more unemployed individuals resolving to dire measures to make ends meet. The only way to curbs such an issue would be to educate the country about contraceptives and at them same time make it available to everyone. It should also be encouraged rather than be frowned upon. Only then can the country control the population growth as a whole. Best to carry out such an operation is conduct sex education in schools and make it available not just for kids but also for adults. To conclude education and population will be an issue in the near future but at the same it is an obstacle that can be resolved with proper planning and implementation.
