I am writing this letter regarding our firm meeting day which was conducted by me in your outstanding hotel "London Palace" located on south street. The choice of the hotel was a recommendation from my friend who is a frequent resident when he come for his business gatherings.
Although the world-class traditional design of your hotel and the modern rooms with sophisticated equipments and fresh sea view, my colleagues seemed not completely satisfied with the kitchen meals. This is due to the delay of the preparation time. As you know we have meetings all day and time is very precious in our case. I remember that we delayed the afternoon meeting with the Korean group about 20 minutes later to be able to take the lunch in order to concentrate on our deals.
I would appreciate if you warn your kitchen team about this delay and i would suggest to train them to be more professional and well-disciplined regarding the restaurant’s clients. Moreover, I would be most grateful if we receive an apology about the inconvenience.
