Several individual has downward walking trends and it would be effective for their lives, while many doctors believe that In the all excercise walking is the best to become fit your life. To begin with, exercise is the best medicine and nowadays people can understand the importance of the walking in their life. But, there are many reason that in present time public are not follow it regularly. Increasing the burden of work due to they have enough time to care about their body. For instance, in the hard and fast time, people would fulfill their desire the work at day and night. Consequently, they have not leisure time spend with family, so in free time they are prefer to their family rather than execise. Secondly, people are choose to do exercise in gym because in the guidance they are more fit than walking. These resons are decrease the choise of walking. There are several encourage that people and government are both apply in strectly way. First is government should increasing the some parks which is only for the exercise and they encourage the people who are come to there. People should surge the ratio of walking due to they should spread the awareness of walking and what are the benefit of the exercise it would be more precious for the public. These are the encouragement program are increse the walking interest in the individual. To sum up, there are many reasons to decrease walking interest in people like the workload and many other option of exercise, while some solution also available to reduce it such as exercise awerness program and government should help the public too.
