A glance at the first graph provides the information about the proportion of marriage and divorce in the USA from 1970 to 2000 and the second bar chart illustrates marital status of child Americans between 1970 and 2000. Overall, it is noticeable that the rates of both of them grew dramatically than marital status of adults. Firstly, the number of weddings and separations increased than the percentage of children. There was a gradual rise to 2. 5 in the number of marriage which was the same during 2 years in the USA. However, the weddings plunged to 2. 3 millions in 1970. By the year 2000 the percentage of matrimonies fell down to 2 millions in the USA. The separations stood at 1. During the 1980 saw a dramatic growth 1. 4 millions, but the rates of dissociations were about the same as the weddings from 1990 till 2000. Secondly, marital status of children Americans were the lowest result than the number of marriage and divorce. In 1970 and 2000 never married stoid at 10 and 20%, but married peaked at 70% in 1970 and 2000 it rose to 60%. However, widowed and divorced hit a low of 5% and approximately 4% both of years.
