The bar chart gives information about the number of boys and girls attempting to six different fields of sport in a city of England in 2012.
Overall, the frequency of boys playing sports was higher than the other gender except for badminton and swimming which were more popular among girls. Football was the most common sports for boys in contrast with girls preferring swimming. However, hokey had the lowest participation from both sexes.
Badminton and swimming were more likable among girls than boys, which the participation of girls was 10 people more in both field with 40 in badminton and 50 in swimming.
In cycling and football the difference in playing of both genders was the greatest that female football players were a third of boys with 20 and the same number of girls cycling, which is half of the number of boys riding bicycle.
Despite hokey which was not popular among neither boys nor girls and had the lowest population of players with 15 males and a quiet below 10 females, girls and boys playing tennis were the second highest with approximately 37 and 50 respectively.
