Overall, UK stand out the highest and Portugal followed by the lowest CO2 output rate among other countries. Although Swedish can control gradually and reach to same level with Portugal in 2007, Italians were still increasing the CO2 rate every year. People in UK, despite being started with over 10 mt in 1967 and reduced to nearly 9 mt in 2007. But, they were still the biggest rate among others.
