Over the last decade, the number of overweight kids among Western society has increased nearly 20 percent and become more important issue than before, which requires a readily solution to tackle. One main reason is Western mostly rely on fast foods in a working day, when time saving is needed. Thus, people with this behavior will become obesity in the future which eventually effects their health. One of the main causes of increasing obesity in western children is fast foods which has become the first choice for a civilization these days due to time saving. For instance, parents that have to send their kids to school in the morning before going to work tend to choose some fast foods for their breakfast as well as their kid’s breakfast. This behavior can lead kids to obesity disease when they grow up, affecting their health and respiratory system. A useful solution to decrease this trend is government should make people aware of the increasing overweight trend in society. On top of this, hospital should take responsibility to impart more information about obesity and warning a kid and their parents to realize the effect of being fat. For example, a fat kid who has been warned by a doctor about overweight issue will become more aware of their eating.
