There have been conflicting views on responsibility in societies. Some people think paying huge taxes is suffice. While, other believes that they have other responsibilities too rather than paying taxes. This essay will explore both sides of the argument before reaching a logical opinion. On the one hand, supporters of the idea that sacrifice a huge amount in taxes is sufficient. In order that these amount is used for the benefit of public. Take an example, a huge amount of taxes from workers of IT companies around 37% is cut in the shadow of taxes which is very high amount in that high inflation era. Hence, these people think by paying these taxes they become independent from other responsibilities of societies. While on the other hand, the advocate of the view that people have more responsibilities rather than just paying taxes. Particularly as we all know racism and gender inequality are becoming popular in world with every passing days. Although this problem could not only solve from resources, on the contrary by giving awareness to other people about that issue this problem can be tackled. For instance, consider climate change if people left unattended on carbon footprint and leave the responsibility on addressing this problem on the government solely, so that climate change will exacerbate. I agree with this issue due to the fact that other issues such as racism, are due to the lack of public awareness. Societies will benefit greatly if we all more aware of our role in addressing such issues. To sum up, I believe that sacrificing money on taxes is also important for the country but addressing other issues collectively will put positive change in the societies.
