Dear Sir, First and foremost, I am satisfied after meeting with you sir because you are down to earth person and provides suggestions were required. It would be excited to work with you, as I am an commerce graduate and having relevant experience in past Chartered Accountant firm in my city. This is a response for a job offer which you have given me through the medium of mail. I am a positive mind person and willing to work under you as you are having ample years of experience in accounting field because you are holding a Charted Accountant company. I am amazed about the handsome salary which you are providing me which includes multiple public holidays like in Diwali. Unfortunately, I could not be able to give green signal to you sir due to my bad experience in past work place. Actually, being a commerce student, I cannot handle bulk cash counting without a counting machine but I am familiar with other work like generating entries in accounting software and office work where ever required and even I take follow up with customers in the absence of my superior person. This is the reason why I do not want to work in the field of accountant field. Apart from all the odds, I will definitely recommend to some of my closes friend who is in the same field and want to work with private firm with good package.
