I am writing to bring to your attention some issues with the club’s facilities and environment.
I have some physical problems which doctor advise me to do sports activities to tackle the hurt that I suffered. In addition, sports exercises are always been in my daily routine and I focus to stay fit by doing fitness due to my back ache.
Since starting my fitness class in your gym I recognize some sports facilities are old and out of service which results in demand for other facilities increase and for using them should wait. As you know the time of class is limited and we waste most of our time on waiting. Moreover, I feel a lack of a qualified coach who could help me to do some exercises which are suitable for my problem.
My suggestion for better performance in the club is, you could search for a professional trainer whose have the ability to help athletes to prevent any possible physical damage. In order to facilities you can replace them with new and advanced ones.
