Since numerous companies require top-level employees to develop, there are a large number of salaries paid for those. Some individuals complain that it is not worth it for them to have larger wages compared to those people. However, I strongly disagree with this statement and this essay will discuss the reason why top executives are well-paid and why it is justified.
First and foremost, top-lever employees have a wider knowledge and more working experiences. Obviously, most of them have to be on a long period of probation, which is to put in practice their specialist knowledge and gain experiences. As a result, they are able to deal with different working situations, such as hiring and firing, dealing with client's problems, analysing the customers’ requirements, etc. Hence, it is logical for those people to own a higher revenue
Moreover, top executives have a massive responsibility for working. The companies might be in crisis when there is a lack of skills, experiences and foreseeing abilities of the bosses, which are top-level employees. Therefore, they are responsible for developing the companies as well as providing jobs to a considerable amount of individuals. In comparison with normal staff, they have to spend more obligations and time on their careers.
In conclusion, I believe it is reasonable for a handful of employees to have better salaries due to their experiences and great dedication to the business. On the other hand, it might be challenges for numerous companies to develop and have places in the marketing platforms if they don’t have top executives.
