Enquiries that took by letter or email are the only case that showed a decrease on this graph. In January there are about 800 reports by letter/email that stand in the middle between those in person and by telephone. From March to May there is a dramatic decrease that fell from about 800 to around 400 requests. However, from May to June the number of enquiries stayed the same.
Additionally, inquiries that were received in person and by telephone have considerably risen over a six-month period. Those received in person were around 400 in January and ended up being about 1900 requests in June. Also, those taken by telephone were about 900 in January and they have risen to 1600 inquiries in June. So, these 2 ways of getting enquiries were the most increased over all period of investigations.
Overall, it can be clearly seen that the highest number of enquiries was taken in person, whereas the lowest number of requests was received also in person. As a result, there is a sharp increase of inquiries got in person in all time period.
