Time is precious and should not be wasted. Narrate an experience of your life when proved this true

Time is indeed precious as wasted time cannot be brought back again. Being punctual is absolutely important. Elders would advise me to be punctual but I would never listen. After experiencing a troublesome event, I really understood the value of time and from then didn’t even waste a second in my life. I would like to thank you for the opportunity to let me talk about it. I certainly love travelling during my vacations. Accordingly, my family, friends and relatives planned a trip to France on one such summer vacation. Almost all of the aeroplanes were pre-booked on the day. My father managed to get air tickets at the last moment. Unfortunately, we missed the aeroplane and it was entirely my family’s fault due to which even my friends and relatives suffered. Actually we did not check the time properly. It was set to fly at 7 a. m. while we went to the airport at 7 p. m. and missed the flight due to which our companions got frustrated. We told them to come there at 7 p. m. as we planned to go to France to pass a number of memorable days. On the contrary we were too careless and immensely unfortunate to miss our trip. We missed the flight because we did not look at the flight schedule properly. But when we heard that the flight was in the morning, our friends and relative felt frustrated for my family’s negligence. The aeroplane left in the morning and we were there in the evening to get on board. What an irony that was! The airliner authority had nothing to do about it. So, we admitted our fault and left the airport with dismay. Thereby, we had to make other plans to pass the vacation. I bought few books that I wanted to read and watched movies during that vacation. I really feel disappointed for wasting my friends and relatives time as well as my time. After such an incident, if we book any trip we used to check the timing 1000 times before we depart.
