However, others argue that there are more pressing problem need to be solved to keep citizens safe. Although there has both merits and demerits but from my perspective, I graviate the latter On the one hand, speeding is the main reason why people are involved in motor vehicle accidents. In fact, if people maintained their speed safety, they could tackle the injury for people. Because of traffic congestion, the low speed could help sort the damage for perdestrians. To be more specific, Authorities spend more budget to improve the roads so that physical destroy might be significant decreased. For example, some cities in Vietnam intervene in the speed limits as the result the proportion of death may likely decline crucialy On the other hand, there are two factors that need to be concerned before roads can be maintained. Firstly, it’s hard to notice that drivers are looking down their phones and not at the road while driving. This means people can not control their cars all the time so they could cause the accidents unpredictably. Moreover, Alcohol might be used due to danger of it.
