The supplied bar graph repres and the information about a population of England and Wales as well as the birth and death rate are per thousand of individual.
On analysing the data it can be seen that, the population of England as well as was 100 millions in 1700. However, population was progressive increased from a small minority to above a quarter from 1800 to 1900. Shown the population double in 2000 exactly a half.
Moving further to the remaining data it can be observed that, the birth rate in 1700 was under 10 per 1000 while death rate reach to 5 per 1000. The birth rate sharply increase in 1800 and reach to 25 per 1000. After that the birth and death rate in England and Wales gradually decrease between 1900 to 2000.
Overall, it is lusted that the population was sharply uplift in 4 years. Moreover the birth rate was higher than the death rate.
