Dear Sir or Madam, I am a new patient of your restaurant. writing to complain about the awful service which I received a couple of the days in your restaurant.
I went to the restaurant on the 15 th of March with my family for to have a nice dinner. I booked a special table on the 14 th of March. Neverthless we were not greeted properly. There was not only free but also a clean table when we arrived there. So that we had to wait for 30 minutes It was really unexpected situation. Likewise the pizza was brought for us in order chicken soup. Similarly the waiter did not accept my complaint. I felt unpleasant favor when I tasted a piece of pizza. It was extremely salty. In additon it was not as fresh as I expected. As a consequence, I would like to full refund in 5 business days. For that it was the worst dinner which I had ever in the restaurant with my siblings. Furthermore, the rude waiter which served for us made a negative impression to me about the restaurant. I would like to punish him or get free his occupation. In this occasion you may lose a pletra of customers with these kinds of waiters.
