Letter for lost of watch in gym

Dear Ahmed, Trust you are doing good. My name is Tanzeel Asif, and I am an active member of your Gym “Mr. Stone” which is located at Al Wahda Mall Abu Dhabi. My registration no is 1245311. The reason for contacting you is that last night, I had lost my watch “Huawei GT2” in your gym while during the exercise. I was doing the cardio exercise and placed my watch on the treadmill, which is just opposite to the counter area. After finishing the exercise, I completely forgot to take the watch. When I had reached home, then I realized that I had forgot the watch in the gym. I immediately rushed toward to the gym on the same time, but unfortunately, I could not find my watch. Someone took the watch and after inquiring from many, no one know where the watch had gone. This watch is very important for me as it has been gifted to me by my grandparent on my birthday. My grandparent had passed away last month, and I would like to keep this watch with me as special memory until my death. I was very closed to my grand parent and never like to lose this present. I understand that it is quite challenging for you to trace the watch, but I am sure you have placed the camera all over the gym, which helps you to find out the watch.
