In this contemporary day and age, Health plays significant role in human life. The average quality of individual's health is likely to be reduced in upcoming generation than present. I completely agree that health is deteriorating very much due to sedentary life style. In this essay, I will agree with the statement with instance from my knowledge. Firstly, most of the people follow sedentary lifestyle due to the nature of their job. They are unable to perform physical exercise due to lack of the time. For instance, individuals work for almost 12 to 13 hours in office along with lunch and tea breaks. They are exhausted when they return home. Hence they spend the rest of the day either by taking rest or by spending time with family. Additionally, people are now mostly addicted to mobile phones. And spend their leisure time, indulging in mobiles rather than workouts. Secondly, junk food and fast food are becoming renowned in today's young generation. Eating junk food is very unhealthy without any nutrition. It spoils the health of younger generation. For example, Kids love to eat pizza, burger, french fries etc. , which makes them obese at very young age and spoils the standard of their health. To conclude, I agree that average standard of people's health is likely to be lower in the future than it is now. To Improve the individuals health, they have to perform the more physical activities and stop eating junk food.
