Indeed, by making Universities in rural areas assist to decrease the problem of illiteracy, several poverty stricken people, those live in villages can will also study in that universities. For instance, according to a survey done by leading newspaper stated that government of ' Tamil nadu' done this work and it revealed that approximately 50% village's individual are not illiterate. Hence, it is a very huge aid for world development and for needy individuals. Furthermore, if universities will make in countryside then it not only help to poor people but also a big aid for the world. To epitomize, in these present days population and pollution of urban areas are increasing with the passage of time and less masses like to live in rural areas, while if alk the amnesties regarding education to bussiness are also start in villages then it is a big help to that people who live in villages. As a result, this will assist to make equality in both towns and villages. However, making colleges, schools like facilities in villages have also a big drawback. Some individuals like to live in countryside because there is beautiful greenery and it s unpolluted area in the universe as well as it is also better area for greater masses.
