The importance of money for every employers which was always debatable has now become more controversial with a number of people claiming that it is beneficial while others reject this notion. The substantial influence of this trend has sparked the controversy over the potential impact in recent years. In this eassy, I shall discuss the importance of money which required to fulfil the needs and people do work hard to earn more and I will also suggest a factors which helps for staffing in upcoming paragraphs and thus will lead to a logical conclusion. Analyzing the statement and explaining, first and foremost reason is that, earning more money by doing work is very essential for everyone. People focus on their own goal which they want to achieve by doing hardwork in any fields. Everyone is dependent on money, in light of the fact, without money nothing is possible in their life. Moreover, mostly sales organization offers a job to those workers who are need of those work because it is necessity for everyone to needs and requirements. In addition, employees who also want to earn more, consequently they work hard without any think about the day ir night. They always burning a midnight oil for successful in their lifen, if they work more, so they get more money and they also increases sales of the companies for which they are working. To exemplify, some companies HR recruit only those people who show interest and they need and those masses do work with dedication and determination to earn more. On the other hand, there are number of factors that should be taken into consideration when company offer a job to promote sale positions, is that firstly company should be responsibility to avail a offer to only those persons who have knowledge about that field on which they are going to work and companies should also check the resume if their employees and they came to know about the experience of those workers. Moving further, those people also enhance the sales of products who have experience to sale of the products. Further more, companies should have taken a steps to maintain the sales cost of each products and they also put efforts to increase the sales. At last, when companies hire they need to check the qualities and the behaviour of their employees. As, workers should have ability to politely communicate with others and a convencing attitude.
